In memory of a great guy - Ron Wark

Life's cycle for every person is different - we come into the world the exact same way, and at some point our time runs out and we exit this planet, and enter what I believe is another planet without pain and suffering.

July 13th a co-worker and friend lost his battle to cancer - he was only 46 years old! I wept for Ron's loss because though he had a full life, he had his fair share of other health related issues. Despite what he faced, he was always optimistic, pleasant - never bitter about "what his lot in life was", and was kindhearted.

Death is a sure thing, we don't know when our time will be up; we're never, ever prepared for "death news", it rattles our lives, creates voids with a truck load of emotions that erupts.
Therefore it is so important to enjoy your life - love what you have now and be content, and delight, yes delight in the relationships that enrich your life, and share with others - after all, tomorrow isn't promised to anyone.

Rest in peace Ron, rest in peace!
