U can so do it!

Originally when I was hunting for a name for this blog, it was my intention to use words that would encourage and stir you to do what you've always wanted to do, but never did.

Over the past month or so I've been hearing about men and women in their 70s' who are graduating from University with a Degree, running marathons, power lifting and so on. I'm stoked, encouraged and challenged to keep doing whatsoever I desire. Age should NEVER be used as an excuse, neither should TIME.

We age every day, and are given equal amount of time - it is all about how we use that time and how we define our age.
Sometimes we have to give up our 7 or 8 hours sleep for only 5 or 6 to finish that paper, or to complete a project, or meet a deadline.
Sacrificing now to achieve your goals later is an accomplishment that only you can revel in, because you know what it took to get you to your finish line.

So, what is your desire? what have you always wanted to do? you may have gotten started, but for whatever reason you stopped...it is never too late to get back in the game and finish.
Stop talking yourself out of doing what will bring you the greatest pleasure and fulfillment.
Make a plan of action right now and get back into the game - you'll be glad you did, and possibly benefit others in the process. Get moving towards your finish line!
