Reminders are good!

Reminders come from within our thought consciousness, our minds about things we need to attend to, things we would like to forget, and things that brings us joy and a good feeling.

If a survey was conducted in this area the latter I'm sure would rate higher than the other two.
Who wants to be reminded about things that brings pain? unless it is to alert us to go in a different direction.
Also if I need to be remind about what I need to attend to, I hope it would be beneficial. As it was the case this PM - I was reminded that I need to give attention into working my fitness goal to get to my finish line by June 23rd.

Sometimes these reminders are good or make that great reminders, because at the end of the day or end of our deadline it will tell the tale - did we achieve what we planned? If we didn't where did we miss it, and what do we need to do to get us to our finish line?
Better yet, it is amazing to get a reminder, a red flag, a nudge during our journey if we're steering off course. It is like a compass; the most important tool on a ship at sea; a disaster to set sail without one and foolish to ignore its leading.
