Too much on my plate can mean?

A number of things!
a) My eyes are bigger than my stomach
b) I'm so hungry that I think I can eat a horse
c) Mentally I think I can handle multiple projects in different areas of my life all at the same time.
d) I won't have enough energy to give to everything on my plate to ensure success

Well, you get the picture! As far back as I can recall, and that just seems like yesterday:-), I've always enjoyed being busy. Sure, I enjoy relaxing and do so, but I feel that if I don't have goals I'm working on, then my life isn't been effective and it becomes boring and dormant and heck...who likes that!

So, I've found myself having too much on the go, too much on my plate and yikes!!! how am I going to deal with this?
Do I clean my plate? no, that would be foolish, because what is there is what I like- just means I can't eat it all at once without getting sick!
I just needed to make some adjustments, remove something (will eat it later) until I can handle the rest.
You've heard and used the term "pace yourself"ugh!!! that connection to eating literally is UGH!!!

I did that last night and what a relief and release - now my time, energy focus isn't scattered, I'm not anxiously trying to "do it all" and in the process doing it with less heart, and 100% of what I should give!

So the message is - check out what's on your plate and if it's too much don't be a glutton, take some thing off, and eat it later!
Got it? sure hope so, cause I did!

Hi DD,

Hat's off to you for making the call, I just took a break myself and feel much more refreshed myself. I trust you'll kick butt in your crtificate course and business projects too.

Cheers,
Adam
