do things different, go some where different to experience changes - maybe visiting somewhere different will give you a new perspective, or bring clarity to your mind. Maybe it is doing simple things when you find yourself in a rut, and tell me who likes to be in a rut? Nada!
Well, today I've decided to make a personal goal, execute a plan to do it with two reasons in mind. 1. To get back into doing this habitually and 2. Just because I want to challenge myself!
So for the next 10 days - I'm challenging and committing to do the following:
April 22nd to May 1st
Rise at 5am - 30 min in prayer and Bible study
5:30am - workout/cardio & sit-ups
Food intake - Only wholesome foods like fruits/veggies/chicken/eggs & whites/B.rice/Sweet potatoes (no desserts or processed foods)
Bed time - Meditation
Doing this will be beneficial to me, no negatives - well, only one...I rise earlier:-( but besides that it is a plus all the way!
Why don't you commit to a personal challenge - short term...you set the number of days, and commit to complete. Wanna bet you'll be so stoked that you'll get hooked on "self challenges to commit and complete"? OK, you are on!
