For the past 2-3 months I've been battling dull headaches, waking up during the night sweating and just down right sluggish, even though sometimes I get a good night sleep.
This weekend I attended a great seminar by Derek Gehl http://www.marketingtips.com/ and getting up at 6am to make it on a week-end wasn't easy, but rewarding nevertheless.
This AM as I threw out a half cup of coffee, it dawned on me that I needed to do a cleanse ASAP - like tomorrow, then I decided, no today.
So here I am committed to a 7 day body and mind detox de-stress cleanse - if it does the trick I'll share my tips with you.
I'm sure it isn't going to be smooth sailing, but given how I'm feeling it will be worth working the plan.
