Doing what's best for you!

As the changes of seasons come and go, our priorities sometimes change, shift, our interest sometimes change, and that is OK, only if it is healthy for you and me! Well, that is the way I see it!

Adjusting or changing our priorities should be done if we find that what we have at the top of our "priority" list, is taking away from the rest of our time, if it has become an unhealthy obsession etc.

The bottom line is - do what is best for you! In the process, we may find outsiders and insiders not in agreement or understand the reason for our decision, but do it anyways.
If we know why it is needed, then that is sufficient information to do it!

Is it time to take a break? time for a change? time to do more or less? I close with a quote from the Bible "there is a time and season for everything under the sun"
Dedicated to my friend Adam Waters!

I struggle with doing what's best for me. Partially for the reasons that you suggested about how other people might not understand or agree. However, in the end, a life of not doing what's best for you or even slightly ok for me just leaves me always feeling at a deficit. This includes settling for a salary because I felt I had no choice. This encourages deficit in my finances. Gotta begin doing what's best for me more often. Thanks!
